This I have witnessed
In my twilight dreams
Those feverish visions haunt me even when awake
Where all the colours have faded
Where feathers cut like knives
Where I am alone yet in company
Of something that is not sealed
And every time I awake in sweat and know it's just a dream
How I wish to return there, where my sanity escapes me
To release this devilish anxiety
In the flickering candlelight I can sense there's something beyond
As I hear the howling outside I know it has begun
Little comfort in these pills
I take to keep my mind at bay
Slipping towards the border
These dreams have taken over
And every time I fall asleep I question if it's just a dream
How I wish to escape and stay awake
No longer they stay away
Even in the light of the day
Inside these walls of my mind something has been born
Something that has taken me beyond to the point where insanity embraces me
Too long too stretched my mind is giving in
I have gone too deep too many times
I no longer know if I'm awake or in sleep
A distant sound awakes me from my tortured slumber
I hear a knock on my door but not once nor twice but thrice
Who dares to disturb me in the heart of night?
As I approach the door opens revealing being that sends chills down my spine
A figure alarming yet so charming
I try to reach out but the vision escapes me
I hear the chanting and awake to my own scream
Gasping for air I realize it was just another dream
But where did that sound I heard come from
I open the door and stare it eye to eye
How could a thing so miss-shaped be alive
I bar the door and escape back to my bedroom
Where the breeze takes out the last burning candle
Oh dear god
How I have feared and waited this moment
I hear the sound of shattering wood
This time I know I'm awake
All the lights have gone out
my room is dark and dim
I know they are near for I can hear them singing

Dark symphonic Black Metal. The horrific ambiance totally fits to the concept and is really well executed. The sound production is excellent, the songs are efficient and haunted, the orchestrations are great... very good. Peacewalker
I was always intrigued by this group's choice of album covers, it isn't every day that you see high quality space photos in this genre despite the rise of "cosmic" black metal. But the music blew me away, this sounds like Austere took the atmospheric spacey route. (I will assume it's a coincidence that both bands are Australian) porcelainheart-
This album is one of my absolute favorite albums! I can leave it on repeat all day every day and never get tired of it. It's hard for me to put into words exactly how it makes me feel, but Angellore's music just puts me at peace and removes anxiety and depression from my mind. captaincreep
Russian duo leaven unbridled, blackened instrumentation with radiant melodies, their post-metal heaviness propelled by heavenly energy. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 25, 2024
definetely one of my favourite bm projects lately, love the synth elements. makes you remember how amazing, but terrifying, space really is :) scumdrug
